These Terms of Service govern your use of the Adivaa Power website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. This store is owned and operated by Adivaa Smart Powering Solutions Pvt Ltd.

1. Products, pricing and availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • The struck-through price shown against a product is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The MRP is inclusive of all taxes.
  • Product images are indicative. Minor variation in colour, finish, or packaging may occur.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or decline an order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you and offer cancellation with a full refund.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the product. We may cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, non-serviceable address, or failure to confirm a cash-on-delivery order.

3. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on delivery may be restricted by order value, PIN code, product, or order history. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Product use, installation and safety

Our products are electrical goods. They must be installed and used strictly in accordance with the supplied instructions and rated specifications, and where required by a qualified electrician. Adivaa Power is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, overloading, or use outside the rated specification. Do not exceed the stated load rating.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, against manufacturing defects only. Warranty excludes physical damage, water ingress, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, and damage from voltage fluctuation or surges. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and the Adivaa Power name, is owned by Adivaa Smart Powering Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, our Grievance Officer is:

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
