Warranty

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for 12 months from the date of delivery. That covers the track body, the sockets and their contacts, and the locking mechanism under normal domestic or office use within the rated load.

Damage from incorrect installation, water ingress beyond the rated protection, physical damage after delivery, unauthorised repair or modification, and use outside the rated load.

Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and a photograph of the fault. Once verified, repairs and replacements follow our Refund Policy — most claims are resolved with a replacement part or unit.
