Shipping policy

This policy explains how Adivaa Power dispatches, ships, and delivers orders across India.

1. Serviceable areas

We ship across India through our courier partners. A small number of remote PIN codes may be non-serviceable or may take longer. If your PIN code cannot be serviced, our team will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders are dispatched only after confirmation by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled after 72 hours.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote and hill regions: 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Adivaa Power.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders within India. Any change to this will be shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and messaged to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of your order confirmation, contact us.

6. Delivery attempts, failed delivery, and RTO

  • Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure the phone number on the order is reachable.
  • If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch of a refused or undeliverable COD order may require prepayment.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for that phone number or address.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. See our Return & Refund Policy.
