The track is terminated once, at a single supply point, and that connection should be made by a licensed electrician. After that, adding, moving or swapping sockets needs no tools and no electrician.

Each outlet is rated 16A. The total a run can carry depends on the supply circuit it is terminated to, so size the circuit for the combined load, not per socket.

Yes. Tracks are cut to size on site and finished with an end cap. Measure the run before ordering so you can pick the nearest longer length.

The track and its sockets are sealed to IP68 — dust-tight and sealed against water. A continuous seal also runs the length of the channel, so nothing larger than about a millimetre can reach a live conductor. It is made for indoor installation rather than permanent outdoor exposure.

Manufacturing defects in the track, sockets and adaptors are covered for two years from delivery. Damage from incorrect installation, modification or supply faults is not.

Yes. Domestic shipping is free. Orders are typically dispatched within two working days.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within the window set out in our refund policy. Cut-to-length track is made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
