Do I need an electrician to install it?
The track is terminated once, at a single supply point, and that connection should be made by a licensed electrician. After that, adding, moving or swapping sockets needs no tools and no electrician.
What lengths does the track come in?
Nine lengths: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200 and 250 cm, in surface-mounted and concealed finishes. Measure the run before ordering and pick the nearest longer length.
How much load can one track carry?
The rail is rated for a 32A load across its full length. The total a run can actually carry depends on the supply circuit it is terminated to, so size the circuit for the combined load, not per socket.
Is it safe around water, dust and small hands?
The track and its sockets are sealed to IP68 — dust-tight and sealed against water — so spills and splashes are not a worry. A continuous seal runs the length of the channel so nothing larger than about a millimetre can reach a live conductor, and the body is aluminium alloy with fire-resistant internals. It is made for indoor installation rather than permanent outdoor exposure.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in the track, sockets and adaptors are covered for one year from delivery. Damage from incorrect installation, modification or supply faults is not.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. Domestic shipping is free, and orders placed on a working day are dispatched the next day.
How do sockets attach to the track?
A socket clicks into the rail anywhere along its length and locks with a 90° twist. Slide it when the track is powered off; twist to lock and energise.
How many sockets can one track take?
Up to ten, and you can add or remove them at any time. The practical limit is the combined load of what you plug in, not the track itself.
Can I charge over USB?
Yes. The USB + C-Type socket carries a USB-A and a USB-C output with 5A fast-charging support, and clicks into any position on the rail like any other socket.
Are the sockets rated the same as the track?
The 3-pin universal socket is rated 15A at 250V. The rail carries up to 32A across its full length, so size the supply circuit for everything you intend to run at once.
What are the sockets made of?
An aluminium alloy body in a compact 3×3 inch footprint, with overload protection and a fire-resistant casing. Black, grey and silver.
